TÜMOSAN Döküm A.Ş. operates by manufacturing cast iron parts at a factory that was founded in 2010, started manufacturing activities in 2011 with a single shift, and was built on a total of 15,340 sqm of enclosed area and 3000 sqm of outdoor area.
The 25-liter Cold Box Coremaking Machine was commissioned in 2012. 6000 tons of the Front Axle Support, Flywheel Housing and Axle Box annual productions started in 2013. The production capacity went up to 12,000 tons with a yield of 90% when the 3rd melting furnace was commissioned in 2015.
With a major leap, the 80-liter Cold Box Coremaking Machine was commissioned in 2017. 3 sandblasters were commissioned in 2022, and the second 25-liter Cold Box Coremaking Machine was commissioned in 2023 in the factory whose annual production capacity went up to 24,000 in 2020 with the transition to 2- Shift system from single shift. It also has surface painting units and fully equipped sand and metal labs.
